Tier #1: If these players are on your team, you have been blessed. If they are on the opposing team, start crying. They have yet to prove a knowledge of more than the most basic mirco skills. These players do have a firm understanding of counters and combat mechanics, and therefore can beat 80%-90% of the players on ICO.
