昨天看了那麼多格格(我整个晚上零碎时间把前20页水管里面他的视频都看了...)
最喜欢的就这套
可以看出他第一任教练搭档还是很厉害的(底子打的不错)
可惜后来两人理念不和拆夥 格格就换教练了...
不知道现在这个教练对格格以前会的动作技术熟不熟(我的意思是他们有没有那些动作的教学技术)
有的话拜托恢复吧 我觉得后团360是比后直360好控制分值又高的
(后来教练改成后直可能是求稳吧 但事实在格格身上是稳定性和技巧难易无关==)
下面还有一个比较的视频 可以明显看出罗队和鹅家差别在哪

【2013 Cottbus World Cup】
Russian Olympian Anastasia Grishina — looking much more confident alongside new coach Viktor Razumovsky — won the gold on uneven bars. She hit her routine (inside Stalder, toe-on full, piked Tkatchev to Pak salto; Maloney half; toe-on blind to piked Jaeger; full-twisting double) but was rather heavily penalized for execution, including a late pirouette before her dismount.
Russian Olympian Anastasia Grishina won a second title on Sunday as the 37th Tournament of Masters/FIG World Challenger Cup concluded in Cottbus, Germany.
Grishina, who claimed the uneven bars title on Saturday, also won balance beam to become the only double winner this weekend.
Now training under Viktor Razumovsky and Irina Razumovksaya, Grishina looked like a completely new gymnast, confidentaly hitting a near-perfect balance beam set (roundoff, two-foot layout; side somi; front aerial to consecutive sissones; Onodi to illusion; RO double pike with a slight hop forward) for 14.600, with a rather stingy 8.8 Execution score.

Razumovsky was a leading Soviet personal coach during the 1980s, bringing through such talent as 1988 Olympian Elena Shevchenko, 1987 World Championships team member Elena Gurova, and Soviet international Olga Chudina. He also had a hand in coaching 1981 World Champion Olga Bicherova. All renowned for the elegance and spontaneity of their floor work in particular.
