2) Your version of Android (e.g. 2.3.3) and whether it has been modified.
3) Your version of firmware, which can be found in Settings->About.
4) Your Support ID.
To find your Support ID click on the "Experience bar" which is located in the upper right corner of the screen. An information window will pop up, at the bottom of which you'll see line with your ID. (Example: 2f82-c7af-x998-xx25)
5) Your game version.

I'm a Chinese player for Paradise Island.It is a very funny game that I enjoy it for about half about an year.However,after I upgraded the game from V2.0.4 to V2.0.6.I found the program made mistakes,everytime I started the game and a window appeared first:"Starting with this version,the program auto detects a major bug which destroys the recently added second-half of the playeris island.……",and then the other window opened:"The bug screens will appear again and you can try a different save point the bug screens will continue to appear 4 more times,just in case your change your mind and want to load another save point……“ .this phenomena appeared each time when the game started at least 10 times until now.
In the other hand,my social capabilities have restricted,the window show that:"Your social capabilities have been restricted due to suspicion of cheating.For additional information pls contact support."and the program was crash every time I was trying to enter the second-half of the island.These situation above are not felt better even my game program has upgraded to V2.0.7.
Could you give me some advise? My devices is Android,my game ID is Casyk.
