很普遍嘛,虽然健全人为了学好英语要死记单词,要去英语培训班听课.可是聋人不同的,通常是通过有插图的英语课本认识单词表达什么意思,也可以做文字游戏,完全没有死记单词和去英语培训班听课的说法,和教聋儿学汉语的方法相似的.聋人学英语真轻松的阿,可以读外语书籍或随意写小作文.HOHO
