R.I.P. Pearl. You'll always be remembered.


They’re called ‘Man’s Best Friend’ for a reason, and now Miranda Cosgrove is grieving the death of her dog Pearl. The 14-year-old toy poodle passed away over the weekend, and the “iCarly” actress has taken the news pretty hard.
Miranda tweeted, "My dog, Pearl, passed away today. She was there on my first day of kindergarten and my first day of college. I'll love her forever."Earlier today, she added, "Thanks so much for all the nice messages! I'm so sorry for all the other people who have lost their pets. #greatmemoriesliveonforever :)"
Miss Cosgrove previously decided not to bring Pearl on the road with her, given her advanced age. "She's very old and I wasn't sure if she would be able to handle touring life. [My dad] said that she's been waiting on our couch and looking out the window for the last few nights. I miss her."

Miranda发推道：“我的狗狗Pearl今天去世了。从我幼儿园的第一天，到我大学的第一天，她都在我身边，陪伴着我。我会永远爱她。”今天不久前，她又补充道：“谢谢你们的关心！我为所有别的失去了他们的宠物的人们感到伤心难过。”
Miranda之前鉴于Pearl的高龄，不打算把她带在路上。“她已经很年老了。我不确定她是否还能承受住巡演的生活。我的爸爸说在她的最后几夜里，她在沙发上等待，向窗外眺望。我想她。”

话说大家有没有这样的经历？？
我很小很小的时候养了一只兔子，后来有一天给她喂了太多芹菜，把她撑死了。当时还没什么感觉。后来我外婆家一只狗出车祸了，挺伤心的。

以前养过一只很可爱的鸭子。不过后来有一天没有照料好，具体过程真心不愿意再提起了，反正最后是受了伤，结果死掉了。可能是相处时间比较长吧，虽然已经过去了许多年，但还是能时常想起它。而且，总觉得这一辈子欠了它什么，没能给它想要的幸福，而且常常在想有多少错误是本来可以挽回的，如果...但是生活没有如果，我从那个时候懂得了生命的脆弱，还有什么是敬畏和责任，于是后来就很少有养动物的想法了。有时候偶尔在街上看到有那种贩卖捕来的野生小鸟的，手里带着钱的话就会买一只，搁在家里养半个月(毕竟花了钱的说)，然后选个好天气打开窗户，让它自己飞走。
