网盘很不方便
可以改进的地方很多
dump 成 json 相较比 pickle 来说对第三方更方便（纯文本通用格式）
function 是 first-class 的，dispatch 可以用 {'argv[1]': function} 的 dict，elif 方法不好写、读和维护
建议每学到点新的内容和技巧就回顾这个，看看能不能用上来改进
