还没讲呢，我先写了一篇 An ancient oriental philosipher said that everything has its pros and cons.That is to say it is no agreement among the people.A discuss about tests of the spoken English is holding. Many people supports that the tests are necessary owe to communicationing with foreigners.If we want to go abroad to enlarge our knowledge,we need speak fluent English.Others,while,taking the opposite stand,firmly believe that a test of spoken English is necessary.In China ,Chinese is the first language for a great many citizens.We always communicate with each other in Chinese but not in English. As far as I am concerned,the former outweights the latter,though they also have their own advantages and disadvantages.The Olympic Games is coming and speaking fluent English is necessary.
