Design is fundamentally different from analysis. When we think of design and the design process, we think of creating something that did not exist yesterday rather than of analyzing something that exists today.Design is a creative activity for solving an open-ended need instead of an open-ended question. New models involving cross-disciplinary information technology are required in the pedagogy of design.
