Dear Colleagues,
After few weeks’ English Hour, I hope all of you got improved through this activity. As you know ,most of our projects are from USA, that means your customers always speak English, so can you communicate with your customers directly without any problem? I think the most answers are NO. That’s why we feel every 10 minutes a week per person is not enough , using English in daily work can really help your communications a lot.
So we are planning to shift the English Hour to English Day. So from this week ,every Friday, English is the only choice in this floor. I know this is a huge challenge not only for you but also for me in the beginning.
Maybe you can mix English key words with some Chinese in the start ,but you should try your best , the attempts should be there! Your team leaders will help you ,and everybody should help each other and reminder each other.
Our senior leaders attached much importance on our English, please make it very high priority. I hope all of you will dispel your communication problems in the soon future…
