MV开头，Axl躲藏在一处被遗弃的宅邸，一 个**队正在搜寻他。之后的闪回，Axl被护 送经过了相同的地方（大约与婚姻有关）， 在这组连续镜头中“Estranged”的字典释义闪 现在屏幕下方，暗示Axl经历了一场分 别，“Illusion”和“Disillusion“的字典释义同 样出现在MV中，最后一组连续镜头是MV的 高潮，Axl从一条油轮上向下跳，他推开了救 生圈明显是想投水自尽，但最后被一群宽吻 海豚拯救。这部MV另一个值得纪念的场景 是Slash凌波微步的一段吉他solo。 MV有不 少镜头都出现了彩虹酒吧，彩虹酒吧也在 《November Rain》的MV中出镜。MV以Axl 的手写体字迹结束"Lose your Illusions, Love Axl GNR '93"。
