娃娃头，也叫花脸。好象是奶油和可可混合的，5毛钱一个，做成类似卓别林的脸，可可色的帽子、眼睛和嘴巴，奶油的脸。在至今的记忆里那是到目前为止天下最好吃的雪糕，那时候买个娃娃头总是在考虑先吃帽子还是先吃脸，有时候干脆就放在碗里搅和在一起吃。
