珍花和球胆即将加盟AK监制的新片<Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete>。由George Tillman Jr执导，该影片大致描述的是两位老城区的孩子在母亲被当局带走后，如何照顾自己。此前，珍花已经签约NBC全新音乐剧Smash，球胆也忙于宣传电影Sparkle，AK则为自己将于今年发行的第五张专辑作准备。


Three amazing women with musical backgrounds are teaming up to shoot one movie this summer.
According toPlaybill, Jennifer Hudson and Jordin Sparks are currently shooting the Alicia Keys executive produced film,Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete in Brooklyn.
The film, written by Michael Starrbury, follows two inner-city kids who are left to fend for themselves after their mothers are taken away by authorities.
Inevitablealso co-stars Jeffrey Wright and Anthony Mackie, and is directed and produced by George Tillman Jr., the man responsible for directingSoul Food,Men of HonorandNotorious. Other producers on the project include Rachel Cohen, Jana Edlebaum, Bob Teitel and Susan Lewis, who serves as co-executive producer with Keys.
Hudson recently signed up to star in NBC's musical showSmash, while Jordin Sparks is gearing up to begin promotingSparkle, in theaters on August 17. Keys, on the other hand, is in full album mode these days — prepping to release her fifth studio album later this year.
