This week’s Star Magazine reports Perry, 37, and Ryan, 45, are spending quite a bit of time at Ryan’s Bel-Air home and chats with the actress on a daily basis.The magazine also reports that Matthew is calling on his former “Friends” co-stars and mothers, Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow for advice on how to talk with Meg’s children Jack, 14, her son with Dennis Quaid, and Daisy, her adopted 2 year-old daughter.A friend of Matthew’s tells Star, “Matthew usually doesn’t seek anyone’s advice, so they can tell he cares about Meg.” Meanwhile, a friend of Meg’s added that “Meg is putting her life in place and adopting Daisy was a big step, but she would love to share her life with someone special.” Ryan divorced Dennis Quaid in 2001 and was linked briefly to her “Proof of Life” co-star, Russell Crowe. Perry has dated Julia Roberts and Elizabeth Hurley
