方法态度1.xp安装盘在控制台fixmbr（or dos启动盘 fdisk /mbr，grub也能启动软盘镜像），之后用grub4dos也可以，一般grldr就可以解决问题了（在boot.ini加 c:\grldr="grub"一条，就可以启动win时有grub2.直接进linux，grub-install (hd0), （不用输太多单击or双击tab，就可以补全or显示所有可以执行的命令，bash）3.按c 进入命令行模式 ，直接chainloader (hd0,0)+1,即可入win

在grub>提示符下输入root (hd0,0)chainloadet +1boot一切OK,进入XP.之后你就找一些软件重写MBR吧,比如PM等等.
