有歪国人举办世界大战锦标赛呐，一共32支队伍参加角逐，似乎看样子是有3种比赛：
1v1
2v2
7v7
或者有其他的比赛模式，每个国家/地区出自己的队伍，凑满7人成一队。
我想问下各位中华英雄你们要不要参加？
咱们代表中国还是代表亚洲还是代表啥？
因为Bear是台湾，Ninjia是香港的，还有海外的华人？
反正都是华人。
咱这里人是足够了，不过不知道技术咋样？
我是单挑烂人，混7v7还行，但1v1、2v2咱们有木有人顶上？

Each team must have at least 7 players, for the 7v7 games.
每队7人
Each team will have 2 players playing strategic 1v1 and strategic 2v2 (a total of 6 games at 1 point worth each victory)
每队派两位参加1v1和2v2
Each team will have 3 players playing Europe 3v3 games (2 games at 2 point worth each victory).
每队派3位参加欧洲3v3
Each team will have 2 or 4 more players to play the 7v7 games, and more players to sit as reserves are allowed.
每队派7位参加7v7

悲剧，这主办方弄得是个啥？为啥两个中国队只写了一个。。。不知道是我们A队还是B队碰上法国队了

大概是说，第一轮比赛马上开始，各个队伍的对手已经排好，请个队长负责建游戏。
每一个赛局包含9个游戏：
4个1v1标准赛
2个2v2标准赛
2个3v3欧洲赛，无卡
1个7v7
每个队，在周日前必须提交参赛人员名单：
2人参加1v1
2人参加2v2
3人参
加3
v3
7人参加7v7
参赛队伍要自己创建游戏
排在第一列的队伍要负责创建3v3和7v7比赛（需要会员）
第二列的队伍创建1v1和2v2比赛（无须会员）
（*如果2队需要创建游戏，我可以帮你们建）
游戏建好后，要把游戏链接发给主办人，游戏命名规则应为：TEAM 1 vs. Team 2(比如 Baltic States vs. Poland 2; Norway vs. Netherlands)

周六必须提交所有参赛人员名单
周日开始创建游戏
如逾期将扣1分。

Hi guys, as you all may know if we wait until the end of everygame to the tournament to go on, it would probably go on to end of 2013. So the games will have to be force finished at the announced dates.
This is the formula Fizzer uses in the seasonal ladders: Income(x2)+Number of total armies.
I will use this same formula but with a twist.
Every time a player doesnt make a play in each 24 HOURS he can be issued a warning. It can be given each day, and for every away player. (If two players are away in the 7v7 you can issue 2 warnings in the first day, and have 4 warnings by the end of second day).
Is every teams duty to issue warnings in the public Chat of the game.
Each warning will have a 3% impact in total score, counting for your opponent.
(Income(x2) + Number of total armies)*(1 + Warnings(*0,03))
This way if the players choose to go slow pace way, they can almost double their opponents score and therefore make winning almost impossible.
Hope you guys like it and understand, and as usual feel free to ask any thing that remained unclear.
And by the way, as of tomorrow (SUNDAY july 15th) games in the 1st round will also be open to be issued warnings on slow pacers.

简单的讲，这个规则就是惩罚某些不太积极的玩家，每人最迟在24小时内必须走一次。
如果超过24小时，该玩家所在队伍将被警告一次，每次警告会给对方增加0.03的积分。
（小队收入(x2) +总兵数）*（1+警告次数（*0.03））
这个规则明天开始生效。

一个问题，我们还要不要继续参加世界大战？下一轮对战美国西部队。
我们和法国队的战斗可能要被强制结束了。
目前我们的情况是：
Bear退役
单挑王半退役
TDD表示要退役
zuzu半退役
这种情况，我们还要继续吗？今天是第二轮比赛的开始，要不要参加，1队的来表个态吧？
参加的话，1v1、2v2、3v3都派谁去？

刚才征求了一下意见，大部分人都是持有退赛的意愿，不知蛇君是何表示，但是：
Bear退役了
单挑王半退役
Tdd半退役/退役
Smallfly本来就是强求人家加入的
zuzu半退役
cucuku表示同意退赛
所以少数服从多数吧，抱歉了蛇君。
我已经在官方帖子里说了中国1队退赛，希望中国2队加油！
