Alicia Hinesley started the Michael Biehn online fan club in March 1997. While she and some others were helping to promote "The Ride" for the Billy Graham Organization she received an invitation to the premiere held in Phoenix, Arizona. At the premiere she was able to personally meet Michael Biehn. Michael then gave her express permission to make the club The Official Michael Biehn Fan Club. She subsequently received this permission in writing in December 1997. In 1998 Jared Bronson came on board as the fan club Web Designer.All news regarding Michael Biehn requires approval by him personally.
