When talking with Alicia on 6/12/2002 Michael Biehn reported:"No, I am NOT in a cameo in T3. I am in no way involved." Upon hearing his statement Alicia replied with, "I don't think it will be that great anyway." His response was "It's not Jim Cameron, period. And you can quote me on that!"The independent film Borderline..."This was a small production, and I am not sure if it will be on HBO, or some cable station like TBS. The talk is that it may air this summer, but I am not sure of that."Michael Biehn starred with Gina Gershon and Sean Patrick Flannery. The filming lasted 6 weeks in Cape Town, South Africa. Gina Gershon plays Dr. Lila Colleti, a psychiatrist who works with male prisoners in a state prison. Gina's character is having trouble in her marriage and is going through a nasty custody battle with her ex-husband and his new wife. Suddenly the husband is murdered and Dr. Colleti is implicated as possibly being involved. Michael Biehn plays Macy Kobacek, the cop investigating the crime with the added wrinkle is that he is Lila's current boyfriend.On to Clockstoppers...Alicia told him how much her family liked the film, and he said "Thanks, I appreciate that. It really did not do as well as we had hoped. We were hoping for major grosses like Spy Kids had, but it did ok. I really enjoyed making it and thought the reviews were tough. They almost considered it an adult film and it was for a kid market, marketed on Nickelodeon. It made about 40 million in the US and only cost about 20 million to make. Probably not enough to warrant a sequel. No mention of a sequel yet anyway."A new series...Michael said from Canada this morning "Brilliant! I could not be happier! I am working with an excellent team of people, including Gale Anne Hurd. They have a wonderfully talented ensemble here."He is extremely excited about his leading role, Judson Cross. The TV series is being produced by Gale Anne Hurd and Philip Siegel. It's loosely based on the real life adventures of Barry Clifford, a modern day explorer.They have not set in stone his co-stars. Shooting for the series starts Monday, 6/17/2002 and the show should begin airing in October. Michael's family will soon be joining him in Canada and any other locations for the duration.As soon as we get the go ahead from the publicist and the official press release, we will have a lot of quotes and input from Michael to add. He talked so much, Alicia had trouble writing it all down!
