这里的sent显然不能简单理解为“送”。

把这个sent当作*，多找几例，就像破译古文字~
有些东西问老师是问不出个所以然的~

当“拒绝”“背叛”“辜负”“对不起”讲比较合适？

..两个的sent应该也不是一个意思.如果用一个词的话我很难说的准确，第一个抛弃比较靠谱吧同上；第二个是send...away一起的

第二例若理解为“送”，大抵上是可以的。
第一例的确是不能译为“送”了。个人认为，此处应当只能意译而不是单纯字面上的翻译了。
其实对于外文，我想来坚持自己的观点：只可意会不可言传。不同的语言间存在微妙的差异，不能完全翻译的。所以对于除母语的任何一种语言，我在自己懂的情况或可以弄懂下抖尽量不翻译。
