Actually, I am thinking if it is a mature idea for some of the Lizi to open a 2nd Tie Ba, as the other groups of fans. Because, each group of fans include people with different life experiences and opinions. Establishing a 2nd Tie Ba might allow maximize the freedom of speech and provide an alternative place for lizi and for neutral audience to visit and discuss. 3、你是否信任吧主或代吧？你认为吧主或代吧的优点是什么？缺点呢？ 信任。他们也仅仅是喜欢力扬的普通人而已，她们也有自己的生活，工作等，但是她们却还是坚持抽出时间来管理吧，不管代吧和吧主做的怎样，我们可以提意见，但是不能责怪。她们尽心尽力爱力扬，爱吧，就值得我们每个栗子尊重！！ I completely trust them. I would like to suggest a couple of things though: 1. Follow up things from the beginning to the end. For example, for the BQ voting and LV show, since Ba Zhu asked everybody to join, they should provide us with a final report about the results, a summary of what we did well , and how we can improve next time in a similar situation. The reports can be open-ending and ask everybody to contribute for suggestions. 2. Each functional group should provide a report periodically,eg on a monthly basis. For example, the voting group can tell us what kind of activities are going on and whether we should get involved. The music-spreading group can take an example from XL and give us a detailed instruction when Liyang's new song is released. For example, what ratings might be important and we will focus on, how and where we can download the new song for cell phone ring etc. Those are the only two things came across my mind. Welcome futher discussion!

An addition to the 2nd Tie Ba suggestion: In my opinion, the function of a Zhu Ba is to provide the most updated information of an idol and advertise to the general audience. It should keep the stability and integrity of the fan group. It should also be the bridge bewteen the idol and fans to some extent. However, for a 2nd Tie Ba, the function can be more diversified. The major function can be to open more active discussion on controvertial issues, which might be destructive for Zhu Ba's atmosphere. Of course, a guideline or bottomline should be clearly stated in a written format for people to follow. I always think that divercification does not mean fighting, break-up, or destruction.
