我的电脑是win7系统，安装完apache后在浏览器中键入http://localhost后提出了it works！但是当我在cmd的dos环境下，转入安装目录中的bin包中执行httpd -k shutdown时，提示出<OS 5>拒绝访问：Failed to open the Apache2.2 Service.
请问这是为什么呀？前面不是已经证明apache安装成功了么？为什么还是无法打开该服务？

你安装Apache的时候是不是该了名字，如果该了的话则应该加入服务器名称，否则它会使用默认名称运行，你照下面例子试试：
G:\Apache\bin>httpd.exe -w -k shutdown -n "aughon-apache"
The Aughon-apache service is stopping.
The Aughon-apache service has stopped.
