解决WINDOWS732位下CS1.6ping不正常的问题

右击任务栏启动任务管理器，在服务列打开服务，找到Network Access Protection Agent这个服务，右击属性，启动类型，默认为手动，把它改为禁用，应用确认。

Network Access Protection Agent这个服务会在CS1.6启动后启动，限制CS1.6的带宽，当你刷出的服ping在50左右时（多次刷新），进服后会跳到70左右，而且不稳定，禁用此服务后刷服与进服相差无几。
