有以下几种可能性，请逐一排查1、没有安装刷机包；2、刷机包的RM工厂代码与机身RM不一致；3、刷机包未按默认路径安装；4、安装完刷机包后未重新启动凤凰；5、安装资料的硬盘空间不足也有可能导致此情况。
