非常之兴奋，当知道The Weepies参与了这次Mandy新专辑的录制！！非常的高兴！！！The Weepies的歌非常好听～Indie-pop，我很喜欢！！（说实在的，之前我一直都是关注Mandy的电影，至于她的歌，流行乐曲太多，曲调和歌词太俗套而很少听，所以说这很我自己很矛盾为什么这样，但这次新专辑估计不一样啦～希望有indie的元素在里面！）这是The Weepies的blog里的原文～里面提到了Mandy～Saturday, November 04, 2006 November 2006 The Weepies final tour dates of the year are coming up, with two California dates, and five dates in the US Northeast: New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Details below.What a month October was..touring with the Indigo Girls was a flat-out amazing experience. Thank you to Emily & Amy & the whole Indigo Girls band for being so welcoming. Immediately after those dates we joined the Hotel Café tour, which was more fun than a barrel of monkeys (or more specifically, exactly as fun as a busload of musicians), and touring by bus is our new favorite thing - we love love love being lulled to sleep in a bunk, the company was great, performing with everyone was a blast. A huge THANK YOU to all the people who came out to shows this month.Over the summer we wrote several songs with the lovely Mandy Moore; right now we are in the studio with Mandy and producer John Alagia working on her new record, which sounds freaking awesome. Right after this project is California for Thanksgiving..then we will be on the east coast again for the end of the year shows. And after that, well, a New Year!See you soon.
