为什么我的outlook只能online with microsoft exchange

登陆时系统提示我的邮箱已被临时移到Micrsoft Exchange Server，可临时在线使用邮箱，但不能使用本区，使用本区的话就没有办法收发邮件。是哪里设置出现了问题吗？

cached exchange mode
账户设置 -> 选中自己的邮箱 -> 点击Change…… -> Offline settings 勾选 use cashed exchange mode.
