Zidane had been provoked and reacted in a violent manner worthy of a red card. 我看纽约时报那篇影评的时候，一个强烈的声音在脑袋周围盘旋：WHY SO MUCH Beckham???不过倒数第二段还是有几句挺喜欢的：What emerges is a hypnotic portrait of an artist at work in all his snarling majesty as well as a chilling glimpse at his inner psycho. ……He is almost equally expressionless, his face seemingly locked in a mask of controlled fury for 90 minutes. ……But still there is no smile, no fist raised in triumph even as he is embraced by an exultant teammate - D B还有一句很搞笑：Do they only make art-house films of Real Madrid players?嘿嘿 ^_^

What distinguishes the movie from, say, a well-shot game on ESPN is that the filmmakers used 17 different cameras trained exclusively on their subject, so even when the action is downfield, the audience watches as the French midfielder catches his breath or plots his next move. The film?s only sounds are the crowd's intermittent roaring, Zidane?s breathing, and some melodies by Scottish rockers Mogwai. "For me," says senior MoMA film curator Laurence Kardish, "this is almost like watching ballet."
