1. Causes more young people to drink and they may ignore their study earlier.
2.Makes alcolhol industry more prosperous and they may put more money on advertising;terefore,they can still ttract more people to drink, which is horrible.
3.Provoke general rage, raise tense argument, and offend parents.Since a lot of people have children, they may not vote for this government in the next election.

1.Limit the development of alcolhol industry.
2.The government will get less tax from it.
3.Casue the beer companies try to do something illegal to attract potential consumers, who are not old enough after raising the age.
