这种乱码是正常的，你只管输英文就没事。中文的话，从记事本复制过去一样可以保证编译后显示正确的中文。那个乱码问题是因为VB部分组件的中文支持不好，不过幸好不是大问题。可以容忍。如果你是这个问题，你应该不需要我发的吧。我发的那个VB也是这样的，这是由于微软造成的。
