THE 'Thorpedo' has landed in Singapore.
Australian swimmer Ian Thorpe arrived last night ahead of the Nov 4-5 Singapore Fina World Cup.
'I'm a bit tired, it was a long flight,' said the 29-year-old, who began his journey from Switzerland - where he has been training - before transiting in Dubai.
Thorpe is Australia's most decorated Olympian. He set 13 long-course (50m) world records and bagged 11 world titles before retiring in 2006.
