职能概述：负责工厂生产计划、供应链的管理、工艺、客户服务部门，负责订单交付过程中与客户及内部各部门的协调和沟通；负责订单的接收、工艺制定、配料、交货及客诉处理等订单交付全过程的控制和管理，为客户提供优质产品和良好服务。
职责描述：
控制部门费用以达成年度预算；
负责制定和完善符合公司实际情况的PMC流程和相应的管理制度；
生产计划、物料需求采购计划编制的主持与审核、落实；
计划调度会议、物控管理会议的定期与主持；
生产物料控制和库存，规范仓库管理，降低物料周转；
整体计划和物料纳入的调衡；
相关业务链考评标准制定，本部门人员业务能力评估；
以客户为中心，为销售单位提供良好的技术服务和销售支持，配合销售部做好订单评审与需求预测，做好产能匹配分析；
负责订单交付过程中与客户的联系；负责订单的接收、报价、方案设计、技术支持、工艺制定、配料、排产、交货全部产品实现过程的管理和控制，为客户提供优质产品和良好服务；
负责配合生产工艺的持续改进做好工艺标准化工作；
负责ERP系统相关流程的需求提交；配合IT工程师对ERP系统进行开发和维护；
任职资格：
理工科大学本科及以上学历，5年以上生产制造型企业相关工作经验
精通生产计划、物料控制、仓储、成本等各环节业务
具有按订单生产的管理经验
优秀的主动性和积极性，良好的沟通与协调能力，执行及推行能力强，良好的团队管理能力。
Senior Production Planning Manager--------PMC Manager
Responsibilities:
Work with a team of staff(30-50) and a group of OEM vendors(20-60) to meet Markets demand requirement and Customers order requirement on time with right quantity.
Optimize the limited resources of vendors through various planning technique and effective communication with all related functions in the company
Provide appropriate coaching and training to staff and to vendors in order to keep up-to-date job technique, use of new or enhanced system and strive for continue improvement in job performance
Give recommendation to Management to maintain continue improvement in job performance, staff empowerment and effective & efficient ways of doing things.
Execute the Company / Management decision in the daily work and improve the staff engagement by all means.
Requirement:
Degree holder-preferably in Business Administration or Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing, preferably in planning, production or project management; and with at least 3 years in managerial function.
Familiar toy manufacturing process is preferred.
Excellent writing / speaking skill in English
A well-organized, logical thinking person and is willing to work under pressure.
Good PC knowledge (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, ERP)
