关于“上海瑞锋天狼节能灶具有限公司”的严正声明
一、我公司（四川省瑞锋电气有限公司）是“远红外线静音节能灶具”国家专利唯一合法所有者，专利号为“zl201020194139.1”；“天狼”注册商标的唯一合法拥有者，商标注册号为“zc5548053zc”目前尚未就此专利技术与任何单位或个人进行合作。
二、2010年12月，我公司曾与另外两个合作方就生产销售“远红外线节能灶具”和使用“瑞锋”字号、“天狼”商标有合作意向，并欲合资成立“上海瑞锋天狼节能灶具有限公司”，但因故已终止合作。
三、目前社会上存在的“上海瑞锋天狼节能灶具有限公司”与我公司没有任何的合作关系，我公司从未授权包括“上海瑞锋天狼节能灶具有限公司”在内的任何公司和个人使用“远红外线静音节能灶具”专利技术和相关商标生产、经营“远红外线静音节能灶具”系列产品。故除我公司外，任何生产、经营、包含我公司知识产权内容的产品的行为均为侵权行为，一经发现，我公司将坚决采取法律手段维护自己合法权益。

Announcement about the "Shanghai Ruifeng Tilang Energy Saving Oven Co. Ltd" from Sichuan Ruifeng Electrics Co. Ltd
Sichuan Ruifeng Electrics Co. Ltd is the only one legal owner of the national patent "infrared ray energy saving oven" - patent No. zl201020194139.1, and the only one legal owner of the trademark "Tilang" - trademark No. Zc5548053zc. Till now, RE has no cooperation with other corporation or individual.
In December 2010, Sichuan Ruifeng Electrics Co. Ltd used to have the intention to seek cooperation, based on the patent "infrared ray energy saving oven" and trademark "Tilang". In addition, Sichuan Ruifeng Electrics Co. Ltd used to prepare to set up Shanghai Ruifeng Tilang Energy Saving Oven Co. Ltd . However, the plan was canceled finally.
At present, the "Shanghai Ruifeng Tilang Energy Saving Oven Co. Ltd" has no cooperation relationship with Sichuan Ruifeng Electrics Co. Ltd. Moreover, Sichuan Ruifeng Electrics Co. Ltd does not authorize anybody to use the patent "infrared ray energy saving oven" and the trademark "Tilang", and Sichuan Ruifeng Electrics Co. Ltd does not empower anyone to sell related products. Therefore, if we find anyone who produces, sells, and includes anything about the patent "infrared ray energy saving oven" and the trademark "Tilang", we will seek legal aid.

关于殷明先生不再担任中国内地副执行总裁的通知

根据联合国2011年元月下发的相关文件以及香港董事会2011年4月出台的有关规定，不是亚洲财富国际投资洽谈会有限公司的正式在编人员，其不得在中国内地从事任何业务活动。殷明先生不是正式在编人员，依据香港董事会2011年4月出台的有关规定，经研究，免去其担任中国内地副执行总裁的职务。自殷明职务免去之日起，其本人在中国内地从事的任何活动和业务，都与亚洲财富国际投资洽谈会有限公司无关。特此通知与声明。

你公司2010年12月20日与殷明先生达成的协议合同，由于我公司不了解贵公司的经营情况，依贵公司的合同规定，丙方(亚洲财富国际投资洽谈会有限公司)的股份有甲方（四川省瑞锋电气有限公司）持有，因贵公司提前解除合同，我方也就自动接受贵方解除合资合同。自通知之日起，亚洲财富国际投资洽谈会有限公司不再参与四川省瑞锋电气有限公司节能灶之事。特此通知。
