Brandy‘s new documentary ‘On My Own’ takes a look at the singer’s meteoric rise to the top, as well as her dramatic fall to rock bottom. The R&B veteran, who exploded onto the music scene at just 15-years-old narrates the docu-series through a story exposing some of her biggest career and personal struggles. Those include a failed engagement, single motherhood, unsuccessful albu***abel controversy, a fatal car accident and being dumped from the judging panel of ‘America’s Got Talent’.
Poised for a musical comeback in the foreseeable future, the 32-year-old is determined to get back to the very sound that put her on the map – R&B music! The singer has been in the studio recording the anticipatedly awaited follow-up to 2008′s ‘Human’ and we can’t wait to hear and see what she is serving up for the new era.
