Exclusive New Stream - The Drums, 'Money'
The Drums' PR popped into the office today to play us their new album 'Portamento', and it's a pretty sweet affair. Fans of their eponymous debut won't be disappointed. Following on from the standard Zane hottest record moment tonight, here's the first online stream of the first track out the traps 'Money'. Better than Pink Floyd's song of the same name? You can be the judge of that.
On first play it feels like a track off the debut sped up, but over repeat listens its charms reveal themselves, not least the lyrics, in particular the straight-down-to-business opening line "Before I die / I'd like to do something nice". What do you think of the new track? Excited about the new material?
