Then Eri finds herself in an American cutout town, it kinda reminds me of Joss Stone's "Super Duper Love". There are few gripes in this video. First off, it is terribly cut short: a whole verse is slashed. Second, and this is a purely personal opinion..*what* is up with Eri's hair?

Eri's sitting in a train, and we see the Japanese landscape roll by. All I can say is that Japan really is a pretty country. Bays, rolling hills, quaint houses. Most striking moment: we get to see Eri in colour for the first time.

Artistically, this video sports some nice gimmicks, with intercutting, angle rotations, 3d effects and multiple instances of Eri and the flamenco dancer (her dance rocks, by the way, with all that hand turning and stomping the floor,..) . The video unfortunately cut short Eri's high note, but other than that, it's very good.

A cute girl playing piano: Tori Amos, Alicia Keys and Vanessa Carlton all proved that that's golden. The video continues with Eri singing in dreary, dark, rainy weather, linked with the gloomy piano bits. In the chorus, the skies clear up and we discover Eri's incredible vocal power. In the end, there is this "reversed" bit with some rain. Very nice, Eri smiles a lot here. Must've been a ton of laughs on location.
