ROCK有岩石的意思
如果都用来形容石头是不是两者都可以呢?

stone有形容词和名词的词性，名词主要意思是宝石，石头的意思
而rock有n（暗礁，岩石）和vt（摇动）两种词性。解释在括号内

一般情况下的石头都用stone 但是岩石 奠基石 要用rock 还可以用于形容社会家庭的奠基石 比如rock of my family
