You come to the intersection of your life when you become a senior at school, all together there are three ways for you to take. The first one is to go abroad for further study; the second one is to prepare for the postgraduate entrance examination or take a second major; and the third, the most painful one, is to find a job. First of all, you should make a wonderful resume. Through reviewing your resume the employer gets to know you. The resume is the tool for you to illustrate yourself. Good resume will get good feedback from the employer and then can you get a chance for an interview. It is commonly agreed that making a resume is the most difficult task you ever have undertaken. It is time-consuming: the contents shall be carefully written and no mistake is allowed, in fact, you have to amend and re-typeset the resume from time to time; it should be clearly to be understood, the format shall be meticulously designed, never to be too exaggerating nor too plain, yet it is money consuming. The last thing for you to do with the resume is to print it. It is roughly calculated by me that one graduate would make more than fifteen resumes for one job fair. With not doubt, they have spent a considerable amount of money on their resumes. Secondly, as a job hunter, you should have the keen insight and be sensitive to the changing situation. It is essential for a job hunter to get the recruitment information through various ways. However, the fact is that many graduates do not get the recruitment information until the expiry date even the candidates have finished their first interview. The pearl delta area is the attractive place with much opportunity business and success. A great many of job fairs have been held which attracted people from all over the country. Before a job fair, getting up earlier in the morning and putting on your suit, rushing to the station, all you are in a hurry. In the job fair, you have to spend hours in queuing up in the line with your empty stomach for submitting your resume. After the fair you find you just submit a small number of resumes which is much less than you expect. When you come back to your dormitory it is nearly dark outside, with the fatigue and hunger you lie in bed, you are wondering how much you will suffer before you find a satisfied job.It is not easy to be picked up by the employer through so many resumes. Once you get the opportunity of an interview, you are step into the most important stage of an job hunting. Usually there are two interviews and only excellent candidates can get the chance to the final and be employed. During the interview time, usually half an hour to two hours, and this is the right time for you to show the employers your competence and abilities. Try to be confident, calm and energetic. Always remember that you are approaching to the success.Lastly, god bless all job hunters.
