error 1317 setup cannot create the folder c\propramdata\micorsoft\imsc12\dicts . verify the path exists in your system and that you have sufficient permissions to update it.
试过以管理员身份运行了 也试过兼容模式了 c\propramdata\micorsoft\imsc12\dicts 路径上的文件夹权限也全改过了
