because if the word in the blank is to modify I the linking verb should be am but it's is so I is just a letter.Is that clear? 我的思维是不是够灵敏呀？哈哈哈

我总觉得还是说汉语的好 那天讲了节英语课 本来想着一直用英语来着 最后不得不说了一句汉语——脑残...顿时哄堂大笑 囧了

i know the problem is "is"    but your "just" come from where?  
原句没有just，是省略了凭语感可以“领会”出来么？
