MORE than 40 members of the latest intake of the Health Promotion Centre's Health Lifestyle Clinic participated in a healthy workout at the newly-opened Fitness Zone gym in Serusop yesterday.
They engaged in a cycling and energetic aerobics classes which were facilitated by Fitness Zone trainers.It was also a special day for the members as superstar and owner of Fitness Zone Wu Chun made an appearance and gave a motivational talk to the individuals.
"Be healthy not only for yourself but also for your loved ones and remember it is never too late to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle" said Wu Chun. - Adib Noor The Brunei Times
