• Spending Dive tokens is in addition to activating your specialist as normal.
• You may spend a dive token instead of activating a Specialis
中英文的解释都看不懂，请指点。

这个“替代专家”怎么解释，难道不用派遣专家，直接消耗一个潜水片就可以干专家的行动了？

• 使用“跳跃”代币的操作是在正常激活专家角色的基础上进行的。
• 您可以使用一个“跳跃”代币来代替激活一名专家角色。
我玩的时候喜欢让专家给我挖潜水标记，然后用潜水标记来做行动以此打出联动。

Does that mean Dive tokens can fully replace Activation discs to perform the five actions, even if there are no available Specialists to support those actions?
开发者回答：
The dive token has to have the action to be able to perform ghe action. You can't just spend any dive token to gain any action, only what is shown on the dive token.

看来很多人都理解错了

意思是你每回合无论如何必须要激活一位专家，但是可以完全不做专家提供的基础行动，转而做潜水片提供的行动
