In St. Jerome's Hospital, Henry may discover a giant version of Eileen's head at the end of a long room. Its eyes follow Henry and twitch left and right, while her face doesn't move. It appears to float in the air as it does not have any neck. The head also makes sounds of heavy breathing. Henry cannot examine the head or attack it. When Henry rescues Eileen, the head still remains in the room. Its eyes follow Henry and not Eileen.
