武汉光谷中天影城昨晚去武汉光谷中天影城看电影，买的18：50的票看毒战，买之前我还再三咨询带着孩子是否方便观影，位置影响不影响，售票的人员说没有关系，开始播放5分钟进场，进7号厅，发现我买的8排，1、2、3号前面有档樯，坐在位置上只能看到2/3的屏幕，马上找服务生帮忙处理，找了一把折叠椅，因马上要播放了，也不便纠结，3个人只一把凳子，给谁坐？只好等放映完再讨说法了，因为位置前面有挡墙，宝宝一直攀爬，吵闹，走动，根本大人看不好，还要忍受周围观众的鄙视，凳子放走道上，还遭到后面观众的建议：挡着了，无语！一场电影看下来累死了，哪是享受放松啊~！受折磨，累死，好不容易电影完了，去大厅咨询讨说法，既然那个位置不便观看，为什么又要卖票呢，怎么不考虑清楚呢，为什么花一样的钱不能一样的享受服务，这是歧视，要赔偿我的损失，先来的一个男领班，态度还不错，只说他也做不了主，填写了投诉单后，只说会扣卖票人员的钱，于受害者无赔偿，尽量争取，接着又来一女领班，纠结半天，说开始电影的时候我们怎么不说，可以给我们换票场，晕，一开始我就和场次服务生说了，你们怎么不先解决和我说了，我怎么知道可以换场。最后这样看完了，她竟然说没有办法只能安排我们再看一场，那时候都10点了，我宝宝都要睡觉了，我们在那看了午夜回家？服务态度太恶略了，你说赔偿我们3张电影兑换券，下次再来看还差不多，竟然这样说话，素质怎么这样啊，大家以后看电影多注意了，别走陷阱里了！
