My first impression of James Chau...^_^ As everybody knows..James is a very very incredible news anchor of CCTV9...I've been paying attention to him around 2 years...u know what...That's the STARNGE...I've been fiiled with admiration for him in 2008 maybe...but until now..I've started to realise I should get more infor. about him...am I a little bit slow?! slow mind?! ohhhhh~~yes! definitely so much more...HOHO~~ anyway...too much late...but I'd like to dertermine to join in all org.about James to support him unconditionally...really.. Actually I'm not sure what's the exact time when I've caught his first program..but there's one thing I absoluately remember that he is the first news presenter I've seen of CCTV9 from News Hour...At that moment...the initial image of him came to my mind constantly was GENTLE...TENDER...WARM...SWEET and GREAT smile...so unforgettable..I gotta say... oh...right...here's another thing of him inspired me for so long...do u remember...once...duing News Hour as well...It was time to broadcast biznews which should switch television camer from James to a lady presenter..and all of a sudden..James said nice words to the lady what is happy birthday...wow...this endear moment has touched me for so long..James sent wishes to a colleague amid of work time...It was not certainly inapprorite but caring and loving...what a nice James...so...coz of these nice things James's done..I gotta remember this beautiful name...James Chau.. He's so excellent as many reports mentioned...so...Taking James as our a great example...we'd better keep holding on what we should pursue and never quit.. :) btw...i dont know what i'm saying..just following my heart what I do wanna express..I'm still trying on English learning..I hope one day I can achieve my aims... wish all of u here a long and happy life... 减肥期间。。。我告诉大家吃什么好味点~!减肥中……(附照片) 大家好。。。以前发过帖。。。后来沉了……去年因为暑假上课,瘦了很多,就没关注这个帖吧~~过个冬再加上学校没课~~大部分时间在家准备考试或一些东西。。。半年胖了20J~~中途也尝试减肥。。。但没坚持~~5月19日,我真的开始了。。。因为接下来几个月。。。课多~~活动多~~想让自己轻松应对……今天23日~~已经坚持5天了。。。我的方法很简单~~就是吃蔬菜和水果~~加适量运动~~~我不喜欢太剧烈的。。。比如跑步什么的……所以一般散步或随音乐扭动。。。每天2小时候左右。。。再就是吃的东西了。。。水果。。。是苹果。。。西瓜。。。香蕉。。。蔬菜什么都有……怎么能让它好味些呢?!蔬菜。。。只能水煮。。。加少许盐或醋……可以到超市买小袋装的咸菜。。。海带之类。。。很低卡。。包装上有说明……也可以把水果切成小块。。。拌着酸奶吃…… 如果狠饿。。。还可以水煮土豆。。。蒸的味道最好。。。减肥期间。。。最重要的是补充蛋白质。。。所以鸡蛋或豆腐。。。都要适量吃些……我觉得味道不错。。。夏天到了。。。凉拌菜也是首选。。比如毛豆。。。或者用红豆加小米煮着吃。。。加蜂蜜调味。。。我吃的差不多就这些……以前也是这样。。。1个月左右。。。能瘦近20J。。。现在我已坚持快一星期了。。。会一直在这记录……没人支持没关系……至少。。。有个小窝能督促我……祝大家都能成功……这是我肥之前的照片。。。现在我的样子和照片差不多。。。脸圆些。。。因为我肉比较结。。。胖的匀。。。全身就圆了1圈的样子。。。也没拍照了。。。拿出照片。。。也激励下自己。。。(照片是今年1月照的~~那时已经胖了10J左右)祝大家减肥成功!!!
