此次武汉发生的新型肺炎，由新型冠状病毒感染导致，新型冠状病毒是一种RNA病毒。而HIV病毒也是RNA病毒，艾滋病阻断药物通过阻断病毒的复制过程达到治疗目的，那同为RNA病毒，艾滋病阻断药对新冠病毒是否有效呢？ 1月24日，“上海市公共卫生临床中心”微信公众号刊发题为《公卫·科普 | 武器！面对新型肺炎，我们并非束手无策——2019新型冠状病毒的抗病毒治疗选择》的文章。作者署名为卢洪洲。公开资料显示，卢洪洲为感染病专家、复旦大学附属上海市公共卫生临床中心党委书记。全文如下：截至2020年1月23日24时，全国29省（区、市）已累计报告新型冠状病毒（2019-nCov）感染肺炎确诊病例830例，其中重症177例，死亡25例，港澳台地区确诊5例，国外确诊9例（截至1月25日9时，确诊病例已增至1287例，死亡41例）。此次疫情的暴发恰逢中国农历春节，节日的喜庆氛围并不能够掩盖人们对于疫情扩散的担忧。“可以人传人”，“尚无疫苗和特效药物”让人们觉得，在新型病毒面前，现代医学似乎毫无招架之力？ 1月23日，之前被确诊感染新型冠状病毒的北京大学第一医院呼吸和危重症医学科主任王广发接受媒体采访时表示，艾滋病治疗药物洛匹那韦/利托那韦片（Lopinavir/ritonavir，LPV/r，商品名：克力芝）对他很有效，服用后只用了一天体温就好转。实际上，国家卫生健康委颁布的《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案》试行版本（目前已更新至第三版）中，已指出克力芝可试用于新型冠状病毒的抗病毒治疗。作为传染病专科医师，面对突如其来的传染病疫情，我们就是冲锋陷阵的一线战士，而上战场时我们除了要戴好口罩、穿好防护服，我们更要知道自己有哪些武器可以使用，我们并不是两手空空就被推上战场洛匹那韦是一种HIV蛋白酶抑制剂，可以阻断Gag-Pol聚蛋白的分裂，导致产生未成熟的、无感染力的病毒颗粒；利托那韦是一种针对HIV-1和HIV-2天冬氨酰蛋白酶的活性拟肽类抑制剂，通过抑制HIV蛋白酶使该酶无法处理Gag-Pol多聚蛋白的前体，导致生成非成熟形态的HIV颗粒，从而无法启动新的感染周期。利托那韦可抑制CYP3A介导的洛匹那韦代谢，从而产生更高的洛匹那韦浓度。除了克力芝，经历过2003年SARS和2012年MERS等冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情的我们，已经进行了不少研究探索，有不少潜在有效的药物可用于抗击新型冠状病毒，下面就来一一介绍。干扰素 1954年日本科学家就发现了「病毒干扰现象」，指的是病毒感染细胞以后，该细胞能够合成和分泌干扰素这种蛋白质，来干扰病毒复制，增强临近细胞的抗病毒能力。人类干扰素有I型和II型，I型干扰素包括IFN-α、β、κ、λ等，是由感染病毒细胞合成分泌的，II型干扰素包括IFN-γ，主要由T淋巴细胞合成。目前临床上抗病毒治疗使用的主要是IFN-α，它可以和病毒感染细胞的特异性受体结合，从而激活抗病毒蛋白基因，进而合成多种抗病毒蛋白。这些抗病毒蛋白能够切断病毒核酸、抑制病毒蛋白合成、抑制病毒的装配，从而抑制病毒复制。IFN-α干扰素还具有强大的免疫调节功能，能够激活自然杀伤细胞、巨噬细胞等免疫细胞，增强宿主的免疫防御功能。临床上，IFN-α已被广泛应用于慢性乙型肝炎、慢性丙型肝炎等疾病，还可用局部使用以提高单纯疱疹病毒感染、人类乳头瘤病毒感染的治疗效果。《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案（试行第三版）》中指出，IFN-α雾化吸入可作为抗新型冠状病毒治疗措施，用以提高患者呼吸道粘膜的病毒清除效果。在针对中东呼吸综合征冠状病毒（MERS-CoV）以及严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒（SARS-CoV）的体外研究中发现，IFN-α以及IFN-β对冠状病毒均有抑制效果，各亚型中，IFN-β1b型对MERS-CoV的抗病毒效果最佳。洛匹那韦/利托那韦克力芝是艾滋病专科医生的老朋友了，临床上我们给HIV感染者处方克力芝，联合其他抗HIV药物一起构成所谓的「鸡尾酒疗法」来治疗艾滋病。克力芝的主要成分是洛匹那韦（lopinavir），属于蛋白酶抑制剂，主要通过和病毒蛋白酶结合抑制蛋白酶功能，如此，病毒复制过程产生的Gag-Pol聚蛋白就不能顺利裂解，产生的病毒颗粒则是不成熟且无传染性的。洛匹那韦单独服用的生物利用度差，如果和另一种蛋白酶抑制剂——利托那韦联用，由于利托那韦可以抑制肝脏对洛匹那韦的分解代谢，则可以增加洛匹那韦的血药浓度，从而提高抗病毒治疗效果。洛匹那韦和利托那韦构成的合剂就是克力芝，2000年被美国FDA批准上市用于艾滋病的抗病毒治疗，虽然服用药物会带来腹泻、呕吐、血脂高等副作用，但由于抗病毒效果好、耐药屏障高，目前仍作为主要的抗HIV治疗药物应用于临床，克力芝在我国也是作为免费抗病毒药物提供给HIV感染者的。冠状病毒的复制也需要病毒蛋白酶的作用。洛匹那韦/利托那韦等针对HIV的蛋白酶抑制剂如果也能和冠状病毒蛋白酶结合从而抑制其正常功能，则可发挥抗冠状病毒作用。前期体外研究表明，洛匹那韦/利托那韦能够抑制MERS-CoV以及SARS-CoV的复制。SARS疫情爆发时，中国香港学者使用克力芝联合利巴韦林治疗了41名SARS病患，发现相对于111名单用利巴韦林治疗的患者，联合治疗的患者在症状出现后21天发生急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）或死亡等不良事件的风险更低（2.4% vs 28.8%）[1]。一项名为MIRACLE的临床研究正在进行，旨在评估克力芝联合IFN-β是否确实有效，能否改善MERS-CoV患者的临床结局。

【转】【教程】解限那些事（三）本帖转自口袋改版资源吧原作者 Deicde丶笑沧海没错，我又来出教程（shuijingyan）了。接上回的图片这次带来的是如何在地图中添加411之后的精灵 ok，老规矩。准备工具：winhex、Advance Map（以下简称AM）、两个ROM、VBA模拟器。准备完这些工具后呢、就开始教程吧首先用hex打开两个ROM然后用am打开你需要修改的ROM，并且找到你要修改的地图跳转到野生精灵界面修改Pokemon1，随便修改一个数据如图然后回到hex 此时提示更新，点是接下来到工具-文件工具-比较选择字节确定生成比较数据后打开记住第一个地址偏移然后hex跳转地址这串数据为这个地图内的部分精灵数据，为什么说部分呢因为还可能有冲浪垂钓等等方法依旧这里只是做一个测试，这串数据共为48字节（十进制）或者说30字节（十六进制）图中红框部分为第一只精灵四个字节前面一个字节为最低等级03 第二个字节为最高等级64（十六进制）后面两个为精灵编号注意这里编号要反写，并且十六进制比如编号721的精灵应该为2D1 但是如何反写呢把2D1换成两个字节，也就是02D1 然后反写为D102 以此类推接下来就简单了直接手动修改数据四个字节一只往下推就好了然后修改比如我要739编号精灵并且最高最低等级都为100修改完之后，保存进游戏测试当然是不能抓的啦没球而且图鉴信息没完善抓了必定死机，至于图鉴完善方法下期会继续带来，ok，本次教程（shuijingyan）结束 ------------------END--------------------- By：EVE

【转】口袋妖怪—最强进化！！镇个楼先不好意思，各位久等了，你们期待的作品，【最强进化】于今晚正式从这里诞生！怎么样？没想到会这么快吧！得感谢上帝让我测试得这么顺利；本来想等到1号发布的，想想还是早点发的好因为有许多人都在期待嘛首先要感谢下这里的吧友，原本我还在纠结该不该发，毕竟我只是个改版新人，是你们的支持给予了我发布的动力，看来出个预告是正确的，真的非常感谢大家！顺便附上预告贴http://tieba.baidu.com/p/3853045705?fr=frs 好了！直接进入正题吧！这个改版的主要几个方面：精灵方面：本次新加入的精灵一共是11只，都通过进化来获得，有：mega喷火龙X、mega妙蛙花、mega水箭龟、mega火焰鸡、mega巨沼怪、mega蜥蜴王、mega超梦Y、mega烈空坐、原始固拉多、原始盖欧卡和上一次保密的精灵（穿上铠甲的超梦）顺便来张图吧！此精灵其实是自己喜欢才加入的，相信也有不少人喜欢，我把原本种族提升到了700，稍微减少了速度和攻击、特功稍微提升、双防大幅提升，做为防御形在实战中也是用很大用处的！（靠超梦使用封印铠甲进化获得）技能方面：由于上次预告已经介绍过了，这次我就简单地说一下，技能替换大多数为秘技：岩石粉碎替换为断崖之剑并加入打中后有概率降低对方物防。飞天换为画龙点睛并改为1回合制加入有概率使对方害怕。精神波动换为根源波动，打中后有概率降低对方特防。闪光换为精神破坏，加入打中后有概率使对方混乱。以上4个为神技，直接无视保护和先决等技能。还有替换火焰轮与攀瀑为火焰驱进与水流驱进，效果和高压电击一样。以上替换的技能都是NPC用的最少的，我正好利用这一点做了加强，这样在初期精灵就可以学到超强的技能了！既实又用方便，神技还能当交通使，感觉最棒了！定点方面：本次加入了许多定点：有盖欧卡、固拉多、烈空坐、洛奇亚、凤王、雷公、水君、超梦（均为70级），吉拉奇、雪拉比、炎帝、三鸟均为50级，其中宝石三神和三狗为闪光（主要是个人喜好），其次：丰缘三家定点、关东三家定点、闪光喷火龙、闪光小火马（某位吧友需要）、闪光皮卡丘。位置：丰缘三家在102路，关东三家在卡兹那市、皮神也在卡兹纳。剩下的就不透露多了，不然的话就没神秘感了嘛道具方面：其实想加入一些新道具的说，但会出现BUG所以只好放弃，其次就是替换了4个进化石，就不多做说明了。。。。进化方面：本次进化进行大改革！所有使用进化石进化的精灵统统改为用太阳石和月亮石进化，其中伊布的3钟形态靠升级进化（10级、11级、12级）其余2个形态用太阳/月石进化，所有通信进化的精灵均改为升级进化，绝大多数升到36级即可进化，另外4个进化道具分别是：欧米伽、阿尔法、封印铠甲、mega石，此为专属进化道具，只能给特定精灵使用。至于获得方式：按照流程都可以得到，专属道具有退化功能，其中日月石可以买到！剧情方面：改版界俗话说：没有剧情的改版不是什么好改版。为了这个我特地去多学了下脚本，但效果不咋滴，其实就是加个解说，都不知道这算不算剧情呢！放图说明吧：这只是是一部分，因为只有梦幻最显眼，于是就拿它来做楼！游戏中会遇到它很多次，它叫做指导精灵，会给你将一些小故事，曝出一些神兽的地点等，上面的图已经介绍过了，不多说。。遥远小岛上加入2个研究员主要讲超梦和铠甲的故事，我想象力差，大家就别喷了，这些对白我想了好久呢。。。。。数据修改方面：因吧友建议，已将X喷的特性改为浮游，改了皮神的种族值并加入可学习冲浪，这样一来在中期能给予玩家很大的帮助呢！增加了神圣火焰、龙息、亿万吨吸收等技能的威力，蜥蜴王60级可学龙息，固拉多加入2个晴天特性，原始进化后将随机获得晴天和蓄水特性；大家都知道，大部分神兽的特性都是压力，看着都不舒服，于是我特地做了修改：三鸟的特性分别改为：火焰之躯、静电、水晶之躯，升级可学神鸟、火焰鸟可以学太阳光线。三狗特性改为：引火、蓄电、蓄水并加入神速技能，其中炎帝升级可学爆裂燃烧、火焰驱进。水君可学水电炮。雷公可学高压电击。凤王特性改为自然回复、洛奇亚特性改为怪鳞、超梦改为同调、代欧奇西斯暂时为压力。此外，除了盖欧卡75级原始进化后可学专属、超梦80级mega后可学精神增压之外其他精灵mega后无法学习任何技能，因此，要学技能就得先变回来。其他方面：改了小图标，原始回归大战！绿岭市一水舰队小兵那里可买全技能机器水静市百货商店可买大师球（价格有点贵）还可以买太阳石和月亮石。修改了几个技能名字：幻象术更名为精神干扰、伏特攻击为高压电击、精神提升为精神增压。为了方便捕捉我把凤王和洛奇亚从脐之岩搬到了丰缘地区，另外3张船票可以在对战开拓区的水手那里获得。技能已DP化（亲自测试，可以通关）转载请注明出处终于介绍完了！回头一看都快10点了，该休息休息了，不知道还有人么？暑假将至，明天又将迎来新的一个月，祝大家玩得开心！ http://tieba.baidu.com/mo/q/checkurl?url=http%3A%2F%2Fpan.baidu.com%2Fs%2F1eQdFX8e&urlrefer=b2100717290c1ccda61257bdd9f19009
