这篇写得太好了! 有没有人自愿翻译一下? 我的翻译不好! Jeremy Lin benching reaches new heights of insanity: McHale's dooming the Rockets to first round failure http://tieba.baidu.com/mo/q/checkurl?url=http%3A%2F%2Fhouston.culturemap.com%2Fnews%2Fsports%2F01-20-14-jeremy-lin-benching-reaches-new-insanity-kevin-mchale-dooming-houston-rockets-playoff-chances%2F&urlrefer=a6a5962a7767a1bcb2a7696c840ce98c 底下有个球迷 Ido Amir 写的一长篇回应更是棒! McHale will remain McHale. He will not wake up one morning and become a smart, unbiased, ego-less, leader (which is what winning coaches are made of). Morey will remain Morey. He will not wake up one morning and become a people-first, basketball-savvy, all-for-one-and-one-for-all, great team builder (which is what winning GM's are). And lastly, we can't ignore Leslie Alexander. I'm sure he is a good person. But I am just as sure he knows nothing about basketball, if he puts his organization in the hands of (A) an MIT graduate who never played in the NBA, and thinks championships are won with theories and stats, instead of with building a machine made of human beings that are all focused on winning together, regardless of who scores how much, and (B) a former NBA player who, despite being a HOF'er, never led his team for one day in his life (Larry was the best thing that happened to him - he owes him his career and HOF status...) - not as a player, and not as a coach, and who thinks he can talk his way out of having no clue how to make a team click, no clue how to make players play for each other and for their franchise and fans, and thinks if he just gives the ball to the guy who gets paid the most, then he has done his job... So yes, Leslie Alexander has started this whole farce - - (1) Poured money on the wrong management and "coaching staff" - people who can talk well enough to sound intelligent (most of the time...), but have no idea about building a winning basketball team (2) made matters worse by forcing Morey, his right hand and face of the franchise, to do something that makes him look like a clown in front of the whole world (bring JLin back to HOU), thus amateurishly sticking a painful peg, for YEARS, in the wheels of his own organization. That peg Alexander stuck in when he hung up on Morey that Valentine's day of 2012, when he saw Lin abuse Toronto, scoring 6 points in the last min to give his team a 3-point win in the last second, that peg he stuck in, demanding that Morey brings Lin back, no matter what, that peg does, in actuality, one thing, and one thing only: Hurt the career of a young, developing NBA star. Why is this the only effect of Alexander forcing Morey's hand? Because (A) There was no way Lin was going to succeed in HOU and make Morey (and McHale) look stupid. Which is why we see Lin being put down repeatedly, regardless of his amazing play whenever he is given a spurt of a chance (B) The confused, ego-splashed bunch of basketball players Leslie Alexander, Daryl Morey, and Kevin McHale put together was going to go NOWHERE - - with or without Jeremy Lin, because Morey and McHale simply don't know what it takes to build a championship team. Bringing Jeremy Lin to HOU was a sin committed by Alexander, resulting in a series of sins committed by his employees; Morey, McHale, and let's not, dear God, let's not forget Kelvin Sampson. To all of those millions and millions who wish for Jeremy Lin's success (myself included) - it is best to realize there is no hope in HOU under Morey and McHale. As long as Lin must operate within that system, he will not be able to flourish. We must be patient, and hope for good luck (trade to a smart team), and for good wits from Jeremy as he shapes his career moving forward, at the first opportunity he gets to direct his own path. Either way, Jeremy's supporters will stick by him, no matter what. Because WE KNOW THE WAY TO BUILD A WINNING TEAM.
