2015康大storrs校区on campus暑期／秋季租房 This on campus apartment has one bedroom (with two full size bed), one living room (with two desk), one kitchen, one bathroom and a parking place. 5 minutes walk to campus and bus lines. Available from May12th to July 31 (as the location is really nice, if you want to continue the lease to august, you can contact the landlord to cover my lease). Rent is 1050$ per month, include everything but electric fee (around 40$ per month). High speed wifi, hot water available whole day, quiet place to study or work.
春季Storrs校区转租on campus的房子（Female only） 房子在cheney Drive（如图），紧邻Storrs campus, 上层，一卧室，一客厅，一卫浴，一厨房。现住两个女生，有两张Full Size床加一个沙发床，书桌厨具餐桌等等全都自己买的很新。房租总共1050一个月（525每人）。除电费自付（一个月40刀左右），水、暖、wifi全包。走路十分钟到su，走三分钟到学校巴士blue&red line（hilltop站，blue是southbound， red是north）。走五分钟到健身房。暖气很足，wifi挺快的，隔音不错。 其中一个床位从12月初到15年7月长期出租，你会有一个女生master的室友。 短租也可以，从12月中到一月中房子是空的。如果感兴趣可以邮件询问[email protected]
