【新闻】Allison Janney加入CC新电影Stuck by Lightning Chris Colfer has written and will star in an upcoming film about a teen who gets 'Struck By Lightning,' Variety reports. Colfer is best known for his portrayal of Kurt Hummel on Glee, for which he has received several nominations and awards, including the Golden Globe award for Best Supporting Actor in 2011. Joining Colfer in 'Stuck By Lightning' is Allison Janney, whose Broadway credits include 9 TO 5 and A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE. She's arguably best well known, however, for television roles (The West Wing, Mr. Sunshine) and will be featured in this summer's upcoming film 'The Help' based on the bestselling novel of the same name. Brian Dannelly directs the movie, which will be told in flashbacks starting from the title event and working backward and is set to begin filming this July after GLEE breaks from filming for the summer. GLEE follows an optimistic teacher who - against all odds and a malicious cheerleading coach - inspires McKinley High's Glee Club to conquer the world one singing competition at a time. GLEE stars Dianna Agron, Chris Colfer, Jessalyn Gilsig, Jane Lynch, Jayma Mays, Kevin McHale, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Matthew Morrison, Amber Riley, Mark Salling and Jenna Ushkowitz. GLEE is produced by Ryan Murphy Television in association with 20th Century Fox Television. Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan are co-creators of the series. Murphy, Falchuk and Dante di Loreto serve as executive producers, while Ian Brennan serves as co-executive producer.

He won a Golden Globe for his role as Kurt Hummel on the smash FOX hit 'Glee,' and Kurt has been featured prominently in a storyline about bullying this season. But that's not all; Colfer also signed a deal to write a live-action pilot for the Disney Channel called 'The Little Leftover Witch,' and 'Struck By Lightning,' a movie based on his screenplay, is going into pre-production with Colfer as one of the stars. Oh, and he also made the Time 100 list of most influential people. Again, not a bad year for a guy who won't turn 21 until next week. 【110426】Chris Colfer出席TIME 100 GALA We caught up with the actors playing "Glee" characters Blaine Anderson (Darren Criss) and Kurt Hummel (Chris Colfer) at the Time 100 gala in New York City on Tuesday, getting the stars to dish on the future of their TV relationship and shooting in the Big Apple. The show is currently filming in New York and Chris seemed to appreciate the change in scenery, saying, "It's so thrilling. I wish we had this excitement every day in L.A. but, people in L.A., they're so used to it. We don't have fans that come and meet us at a location." Chris went on to explain how he felt being named one of Time magazine's 100 most influential people in the world at just 20-years-old. "I definitely was surprised when I got the call, saying that I was included on the list, especially since I'm still kind of mastering my motor skills," Chris admitted. "I'm just completely humbled and honored that I'm even in the same room as these people."

【电影】"Struck by Lightning"导演确定！ Chris' movie, "Struck by Lightning," will be directed by "Saved!" director Brian Dannellyfrom GLEECLUB Dannelly to direct Colfer in 'Lightning' By DAVE MCNARY Brian Dannelly is on board to helm Chris Colfer in his high school comedy "Struck by Lightning," to be shot during the "Glee" star's summer hiatus. Colfer, who won a Golden Globe on Sunday for his portrayal of Kurt Hummel in "Glee," will be making his big-screen debut in "Lightning." David Permut ("Youth in Revolt") is producing. The thesp also penned the script, with details kept under wraps other than being in the spirit of pics penned by the late John Hughes (Variety, Dec. 7). Glenn Rigberg, who manages Colfer, will exec produce, and Steve Longi, Permut's VP of production, will co-produce. Rigberg exec produced HBO's "You Don't Know Jack." Dannelly will be in familiar territory with "Lightning," having previously directed the Michael Stipe produced teen-dramedy "Saved!," which starred Jenna Malone, Mandy Moore, and Macaulay Culkin. Dannelly small-screen directing credits include the pilot for "Weeds," as well as "Pushing Daisies" and "United States of Tara." Permut's currently producing the Sam Kinison biopic at HBO Films with Tom Shadyac, who's also attached to direct, and a feature film based on the life of John De Lorean, currently being written by Adam Mazer.

Chris Colfer: I have absolutely no recollection of any of it. I don’t even remember them saying my name, I just remember everyone at my table jumping up and Ashley [Fink] & Dianna [Agron] kinda pushing me towards the stage. That’s when I blacked out. I’m just so glad I didn’t make any political or religious jokes when I got up there [laughs]. PW: Very impressive that you were able to be so witty while unconscious — especially with where you left your heart. Chris: Right? 【C式幽默】They’re the only people I could remember that were in the room, so I don’t even know if they were near where I was walking.【/C式幽默】 I did a lot of debate in high school, so maybe that’s my automatic pilot. PW: This season must have been quite jarring since you basically had to work with an entirely new cast after Kurt transferred to Dalton Academy. Chris: It really was, but I liked it because it literally put me in the same shoes as Kurt. I didn’t have to do much acting. He was in a new world and I didn’t know anyone besides the crew within the Warblers – but like Kurt, I became great friends with those guys, and as soon as Kurt goes back to McKinley, I will miss them! PW: Jenna Ushkowitz was telling me how much she missed having you around, were there any New Directions songs you were bummed to have missed out on? Chris: Oh god yes! The whole thing with Gwyneth [Paltrow] last week, I was so upset. But I think I was most upset to have missed “Thriller/Heads Will Roll.” That made me really sad and it was so big and amazing and I felt so left out and sad that I couldn’t be a part of it. On the flipside, I got to be a part of so many fantastic Warblers songs, so it’s been an equal trade. 【亮点】Actually, no [laughs], it hasn’t【/亮点】. But I’ve loved it all the same. PW: Ostensibly you’ll be part of the upcoming Warblers CD, right? Chris: Yea, I’m interested to see what’s going to be on it. I’m hoping they’ll put all the songs Kurt sang as a Warbler on that album. “Baby It’s Cold Outside” and I do “Blackbird” tonight and maybe “Animal” from last week. PW: Yea, let’s talk about “Animal” for a second — what were your thoughts on that foam party? Chris: You know … 【亮点】I have a lot of thoughts [laughs]. Some inappropriate, some appropriate [laughs]. There were some moments that were very suggestive, which I guess you’d expect at a foam party. 【/亮点】Just the fact that these kids found an abandoned warehouse in the middle of nowhere with so many foam machines – I think that’s the real accomplishment [laughs]! PW: Which was more fun to film — “Animal” or the GAP flashmob? Chris: Well, with The GAP, we got to go shopping at lunch, with a really big discount.
