今天上课老师讲当年纽约WTC两个楼，预估出来的最大损失也就只有40%的损失率（就是只损失大楼本身价值的40%），而且当年测评师所假设的能造成最大损失的情况就是，一架飞机撞到大楼的42层。结果几十年后，某登派去的飞机，就真的选了42楼来撞。可惜几十年前做预估的那个时候，飞机要小的多，而且测评师的假设是，飞机的飞行员是会尽量避开大楼的。。
