2017年PhD申请，正式offer为毛还没有动静……求诊断> <！ 2016年12月7号提交材料，2017年1月5号导师面试，下面是之后导师转发的系邮件。。。 “I have had a look at this applicant and I am happy to approve subject to securing minimum funding (maintenance + fees) for overseas students. In the application she has stated that cannot self-fund. She has applied to both Beit Fellowship and Lee Family Scholarship. I expect that both of these are needed to fund a PhD programme.” 然后导师说：Please wait for the formal offer and we can take it from there. 有经验的帮忙看看这个靠谱吗？…已经3周过去了，毫无音讯……奖学金这个月月底才截止，但offer不是和奖学金关系不大吗？ 求诊断……跪谢……
