卡巴斯基求助，kis把firewall stop了，还是不能打开网页 如题，我用 maxthon浏览器，把firewall设置成allow all,但是还是不能打开网页，但是qq能上，把卡巴斯基关了，就可以了，为什么呢。。请教高人指点。
