新东方写作课作业 Recently ,some people think that knowledge learned through study is more important than the ability of creative to achieve success .They , however, seem to fail to notice that without creation , our career will be boring and exhausting and this may lead to a total failure in our career .Therefore.i have a negative view to regard knowledge as the most important thing in one’s career. Creativity is the ability to creat new ideas and objects that no one has realized before. It’s a combination of knowledge, intelligence and one’s great character. There is no doubt that creativity is the most important tactic in the war . The WWⅠ has witnessed how the great effect of creativity changed the war . The year of 1916 was the year that a new kind of weapon which changes the following centry came to this world ----tank. During the war ,an English Colonel found that the infantry without any cover suffered heavy casualties in their charge towards the German defend line .German bullets were so accurate that however fast the infantry ran they were hit to death . The idea to build a heavy armored vehicle to protect soldiers from German fire hit that Colonel after he experienced an accident. He suggested the head quarter but failed. Those well trained generals who graduated from famous military academies were too inflexible to accept that idea . Finally he got support from Winston Churchill and created dozens of tanks . September 15th 1916 was a day carved on the military history . 60 tanks tore the German defend line up ,followed by thousands of infantry. It helped push forward nearly 200 miles, reducing their own casulties and heavily defeating the GermansThere is no denying that the Colonel’s creativity led the Triple Entente to victory and even greatly changed the war. On the other side ,creativity will make our career more enjoyable and enable us work more efficiently. Robin Li is the CEO of Baidu . He is a very creative man in the field of searching technology. As one of the first researcher in the world,Li first invented ESP tech by his creativity . Then he came back to China and funded Baidu,being one of the most powerful search engine in the world . This also lead him to be one of the richest man in China . Although the more knowledge we learn the easier we can have new ideas , know too much traditional knowledge about one thing may reduce our creativity . In this way our minds will never be active enough to create new ideas to improve our work .This is harmful to our career .
